LEAD Technologies, Inc. (LTI) is a project based, network and computing technology consulting firm headquartered in Haddonfield, New Jersey. Founded in 1990, our background in building technology design, project management, as well as network computing has enabled LEAD Technologies to provide sophisticated consulting services to many Fortune 500 companies, as well as local and Federal Government agencies.

The firm is staffed with long-term veterans of the data processing and telecommunications industries both as users and vendors of communications services and systems. This experience includes senior level technology and management positions in pharmaceutical, manufacturing and disaster recovery industries as well as positions with computer and communications equipment manufacturers.

Our services are grouped into two focus areas. Logistics provides design services to integrate technology into new or existing buildings, as well as process- based management of computing equipment relocation and technology transitions. Solutions provides design and implementation for network computing resources, including switch/router based networks and server resources. Project management and process development is a cornerstone activity for the majority of our engagements, and is also provided on a stand-alone basis when appropriate to fulfill client requirements.

Client Inclusion

LTI's consulting philosophy is based on a client inclusive methodology with full agreement and "buy in" by the client. Our "Technology Partnership" philosophy assures that the services we provide are consistent with the client's expectations. LTI includes the client in the project, either directly as a project participant or indirectly, through formal and informal status reports and updates. This approach assures that the client is fully aware, during the entire project life cycle, of its status, the results of testing, benchmarking, equipment evaluations, infrastructure designs, etc. We go to great lengths to ensure that there are no hidden surprises at the completion of a project or assignment.

Our approach to most engagements is project oriented and process driven. Defining the activities to be executed to accomplish project goals in advance allows both us and our clients to take a big picture view of the tasks at hand, potential direct and indirect user and technology impacts, and risk mitigation as required. Many of the projects we are called upon to deliver allow us to utilize processes that we have developed over the many years we have been in business, streamlining delivery and allowing for consistently excellent results

Project Driven

We are a project based consulting practice. While, if required to meet client demands, we may occasionally use "knowledge specific" subcontractors to supplement our efforts, typically LTI uses full-time company employees to fulfill the majority of our project needs. We do not look to place our consultants on a full-time basis at a client's site on a general assignment. Rather, our objective is to fulfill a client's specific project need and conclude the effort. Should the client require other additional work, we are happy to assist in that next effort on a project basis.

LEAD Technologies' focus on telecommunications and networking has allowed us to provide design, implementation, and project management support to firms that are just becoming involved with technologies to those with complex and extensive networking and data processing requirements.
